We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices, and stock availability are accurate. However, slight differences may occur between how products appear on your screen and in person due to lighting, screen settings, and photography.
Many of our pieces are hand-engraved and made to order. As each item is engraved by hand, minor variations in letter spacing, depth, alignment, and finish may occur. These slight variations are part of the handmade, personalised nature of the product and are not considered defects.
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all engraving details before placing an order, including spelling, dates, initials, symbols, sizes, and any other personalisation. All orders will be made exactly as entered at checkout.

All prices shown on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.Prices are current at the time of display and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep stock levels accurate. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a refund for the unavailable item where applicable.
We offer shipping Australia-wide and international shipping to selected countries.
Returns and Exchanges
We understand there may be times when you need to return an item. As our engraved and personalised pieces are made specifically for you, customised, personalised, or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect choice, or incorrect details provided by the customer. However, if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping
Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or not as ordered. We recommend using a tracked service and insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your return, exchange, or refund has been approved. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Refunds
